      Purchased cooker July 2022 with assigned temporary paper license plate. With many phone calls and text I cannot get my plate. When I purchase other trailers it takes days not months to receive permanent license plate.

      I ordered a $30,000 smoker and put a $15,000 deposit down on 8/18/2022. The owner told me the smoker would be done by the second week in October (now). Since I paid the deposit I haven't heard from the owner. I've left as many as 8 emails and one voicemail. I could not leave anymore voicemails because the mailbox is full. I would like a refund of my deposit.

      Paid $4400 in full for a bbq pit smoker back in April 2021. It was suppose to be completed by June 24th and still has not been completed. I have emailed multiple times to get an ETA and no one there can tell me when my bbq pit will be completed. I called and spoke to ***** back in June and she said it would be two more weeks because they were behind on the trailer. It is now gonna be the end of august and still no bbq pit or a response from this company on an ETA. I either want the bbq pit I paid for or my complete $4400 refund.

      We purchased a custom bar-b-que pit made from East Texas Smoker Company. The company delivered the pit a day late and the delivery was rushed. Upon inspection of the pit, the pit is missing a door to add/remove wood or clean out the pit and a dampner to control air flow. I contacted the owner, ***** *******, on August 3rd with pictures of the defect and a request that he either send a fabricator to correct the defect or reimburse us so we could hire a fabricator to make the correction. After sending a quote for $325 to correct the issue, ***** has refused to answer any correspondence. We purchased this pit for a new restaurant and the pit is completely unusable in its current shape. ***** and his ex-wife, ******, run the business together and dodge all phone calls and emails. We had to resort to calling from other peoples' phones just to get them to pick up the call.

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2021/09/02) */ ****** reached out to us on in mid-August stating she had covid and had read the BBB complaint. She said she would reimburse the cost of repairs by the end of the week, which didn't happen. However, on 8/23/21, she called and confirmed she would send the refund via ****** which was confirmed by the app. Therefore, this issue is considered resolved. We will not be doing any further business with this company.
