I purchase a weightloss plan that cost over a thousand dollars and then due to other life situations did not use the purchased program. I have contacted the business many times to get my purchase refunded since I will not be using the program I purchased and was told the doctor needed to process the refund due to the larger amount of money. I was told the doctor was put for a holiday and would contact me when he returned next week. That was over a month ago. I have called several times after and have been told each time the doctors not in and they (the desk girls) cannot process my refund without him. I was told two weeks ago that since he's still out of office they would call him and call me back and never received a call back. So I called again. Still not in. Called again still not in. I've called over 15 times now and I'm getting really frustrated. They have no right to keep my money for a service I will not be using. And if the doctor is never in how are they planning on treating anyone? Seems to me that even if I had a use for the plan, with no doctor available they have no way to provide the service I paid for anyways. I just want the money I paid back. I'm not going to use the service I purchased and have never used any of it so I'm entitled to my money back.
