      We placed an order for my husband some jeans a couple weeks ago. The same brand he wears that we have bought multiple times before. We received the jeans, fit great. Washed them like we do every other pair. When we got them out to wear the jeans had shrunk up so bad that he could not even wear them. Called Cavenders and they said to send them back for an exchange. Paid shipping to send the jeans back only to receive a call that they could not take the jeans back because they had been washed. Clearly, that's when we realized they had shrunk was after washing. They said that they would not issue a refund or an exchange. So they DO NOT stand behind their products and I will not EVER be purchasing from them again. I will buy them from Boot Barn from here on. I have never had an issue with Boot Barn standing behind their products.

      I ordered $75.00 in clothing December 11,2023. Did not receive a package til January 24 , ****. I ordered clothes dozen clothing items , I received a ring instead.. not what I ordered . Not the equivalence of what I ordered.

      They sent me the wrong pants twice! Im so tired of sending them back I gave them away because I dont trust them to return my money properly. Buyers beware!

      I ordered 2 pairs of ***********. One was miss labeled on their website for being a mid rise boot cut but it actually was a perfect rise straight cut. The jeans had a other label that on them that said it was a low rise straight cut. I bought them because I wanted the mid rise boot cut. I see this as an error on behalf of Cavenders. The refund was less shipping. **** is their error not mine. I emailed ******* who said we will refund you the money. Never came ..emailed again..she said 3 to 5 business days..it's been 8 ..no refund..so I've emailed again. Quite possibly the worse customer service.

      If I could give zero stars I would. My order I ordered almost 20 days ago and it's a pair of work boots. Well about halfway into that my order was refunded and not a word about the order. Generally speaking when a company refunds you after 10 days that means your order is canceled. Well woke up this morning Nov 3rd 2023 to find my bank account overdrawn and ********************** sent me an email stating my order was shipped. I have already gotten a new pair of work boots after the money was retransferred over to my account and I needed the work boots with haste. Not 3 weeks later after cavenders was done playing in the world of make believe. This company is the biggest joke I've ever come across when it comes down to their online handling of sales.

      Bait and switch! Offer was first time buyers get 10% off order when signing up for mailing list however AFTER I made an appx. $150.00 purchase I was told the 10% discount did not apply as items were already discounted.Note my purchases were not on the exclusion list!

      If I could leave less than one stars, I would. I placed a sizeable order during the Black Friday sale. Mostly jeans, called 12/26 for order placed on 11/26 with items stillbeing processed, to be informed that they wouldnt honor the buy one get one free that they clearly allowed to go through as a completed order due to the fact that another customer, paid for those items and they honored the paying customer first instead if the free items for me..are you freaking serious? They offered to give me $50 back as a good faith effort. Buyer bewarebait and switch big timescamming, scamming.I only ordered and paid those prices for jeans because I was basically getting two for the price of one. This is so **** scandalous.I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND I PROMISE IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THEIR FUTURE PURCHASES.

      Horrible business practices - do NOT order anything from them online. I ordered 5 pair of jeans from them during a Black Friday Sale. I rec'd 1 out of the 5 - the remainder were "out of stock". I was notified six days after placing the order that the remaining **** order was cancelled due to no inventory. When I called Cavenders "customer service" number I was told they only offer the sale price for 5 days. I explained I did not receive notification of the cancelled order until day 6 and they offered me a 10% discount. I was NOT impressed.

      Very poor costumer service. I ordered a gift for a special little girl. I ordered cowboy boots for her birthday. I ordered size 8 toddler girls boots. I received size 5 boys twisted x shoes. I ordered with plenty of time to receive it for her birthday. I contacted them and they said well they have receive the shoes back before they will send the boots. So now we won't have them in time for the birthday. They messed up but a little girl is the one hurting from their mistake! Then I talked to the manager and she was rude and refused to help at all, she said that is all she can do and wouldn't help at all.

      On 5/13/2022 I had the worst customer service I had ever had to experience. The cashier was beyond rude. Stared me down until I verbally told her I was ready( When I was already at the register handing her my blouse.). Made me feel so uncomfortable. I asked for a different cashier and she told me she was the only one. Which I know it was a lie. She than went on to tell me "awe are you having a bad day" sarcastically. And I told her what is wrong with you I have done nothing just hurry and ring me up. I just wanted to get out of there. She asked if I wanted a bag and I nodded yes. And because I did not verbally tell her I wanted a bag, she did not bag my blouse. I left with the blouse in hand and no bag. She refused to give me her name. I filed a complaint with Corporate and nothing was done. My husband had to call for me since I was a little shaken up by the incident. That woman should not be in retail and if she has other encounters with customers she will make this business suffer. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!
