Purchased 3 tickets for King and country concert. ($167.75) Concert was rescheduled note than once, and final date was when we were unable to attend. I was assured through email on 11/22/2021 that I would receive my refund and that they were processing them. I sent emails again on 12/14/2021, and 01/21/2022 and have received no communication back from either of those emails. I have also tried calling today 2/7/2022 which goes to an answering machine. I have left a message. I have been very patient and feel taken advantage of. Especially considering the amount isn't just for a single ticket, but almost $200 which is a lot during these tough economic times. I am really just at the end of my rope and need help getting to the bottom of this issue.
