Here is my complaint *********************** is all about excuses and lies. He was supposed to start installing by Granit on March 17th. He never showed up or called. I called him the next day, and he said they were polishing a slab and would be there shortly again no show 9 days later; I texted him to find out what happened..He informed the Granit in the pool house broke, so he was Cutting another piece. He installed the original broken piece and bonded it back together. ****, one of the installers, said that's not the case. It was a vein in the Granit. I was feeling No Way was It's a vein. On April 9th, they were installing the fireplace, Granit. My wife and I had two meetings with ****** ***** and ******, the sales lady, about this piece. They told me they would have to cut a hole in the ceiling to lift it, and I said no to that idea. I suggested they use a forklift to Install it, and if that would not work, we would not purchase the fireplace, Granit. This was conveyed at two different meetings..So to my surprise, they cut a hole in the ceiling, and the installer helper told me off to the side. ***** said he wasn't going to lose this sale. He was making to much money off it and would take the ass-chewing on the ceiling hole. From them Until April 22nd. I have missed two move-in dates because of ***** and his lies. He has no regard for keeping a timeline or respect for the time of other workers that need to get their work performed and can't because ***** can't get his act together. Now the laundry room was The lower pieces should have been installed first. That would allow only one seam that didn't happen. The top counter was installed first, which made the lower two pieces now have seven seems instead of Only two seems. This was told to us by one of their other installers. Unfortunately **** severed his finger installing the laundry granite they were always under man-powered And I Have Informed OSHA. They even brought out and installed aBroken piece. Look at al pic.

Phase 3 was by far the most technical aspect of this job & it included a 145 x 115 floor to ceiling fireplace surround. Backlit countertops in the pool house & the laundry room using:

We started this installation on Saturday 04.09.22. Now the laundry room was The lower pieces should have been installed first. That would allow only one seam that didn't happen. The top counter was installed first, which made the lower two pieces now have seven seems instead of Only two seems. This was told to us by one of their other installers.

I am rejecting this response because: Item #1 My builder never gave ***** the okay to cut a hole in my ceiling and my builder never got involved with the granit div. until we where getting so many delays because of their incompetence to get the job completed. ***** doesn't tell you that we had two meeting with him and his staff about the granit fireplace and if a hole had to be cut i would not buy it. He didn't do his due diligence on measuring the forklift height and he knew i have 12ft ceilings so my statement stands he took the MONEY.
****** sent over a drawing of every install to get approval of where the seems where going to be and we approved them however ***** didn't follow them. He keeps saying I demanded no seems and that's another lie. Have him send over all drawing lay outs.
His ******* ship is terrible the job is not done and i didn't buy broken granit glued back together here is are a just a few of things that are poorly done. 1. the kitchen sink is not centered in the granit. 2. the stove vent hood is off by 3/4in from center. The fireplace seem is uneven and has never been polished and is filthy and we had to repaint to walls from there dirty hand prints and this list goes on and on. His payment to my builder was half of what the total **** was for only part of the damage he caused and I refused to pay it to my builder so obviously my builder reached out to ***** for some help. We still have more damage that needs to repaired and there will be more charges resulting from their poor workmanship.
So can i assume if I get another bid for this job and its lower he is going to accept that price?
He needs to find away to resolve this and make my wife and I whole or as they say Lawyer up.

I want to correct a statement I made regarding ***** asking the builder if he could cut a hole in the ceiling.
***** indeed asked my builder if he could do that, and he said yes. Here's what's wrong with that look back at my previous statement saying my builder had nothing to do with granite div until my builder got frustrated with all the delays we were having from them. That's when he got involved and tried to facilitate Granit Division to get the job done so we could get a CO.
this is My position 1. my builder had no idea that I had two meetings with ***** and Granit Division regarding the fact that I would not allowed to have a hole cut in my ceiling for the granite to be installed if that would be the case I would not Purchase the granite Second ***** knew my builder was not involved and he shouldve called me and explain the situation I wouldve told him take the granite out I will put porcelain or wall paper on the wall he did not do that its of the example of a young boy going to mom saying can I go to the movies and she says no you have to stay home and do your homework so he goes to dad and says dad can I go to the movie knowing dad knows nothing about his conversion with mom.
He also says I have not produced any evidence on the ****s of dollars that ***** has cost me from his inferior ability to **mplete his job.
1. I should have been able to move into the pool my April 1st, but he kept breaking the granite, and so the plumbers could not do their part, so there was no ** to move in, results: extra rent for a month and a half. Expense ******* electric around ****** water and trash around 95.00
Lawn maintenance ****** and extra rental storage fees of 275.
***** needs to think about this and make things right.
