Buyer beware. I had a membership that stated that to cancel I had to come in person. I attempted this the first time and was told a manager had to be present. I attempted a second time when I told a manager would be there only to show up and no manager. The third time I called and was given a manager number and she/he called while I was seeing a patient and when I tried to call back couldn't get her/him to answer. The fourth time I called and was angry at this point and the lady said she wasn't a manager but to come up there and she would do it. I hung up the phone, dragged my young children with me up there and stood at the front waiting for someone to come up and no one ever did. I waited for 15 minutes! A young man even went to the back to see if anyone was there. I put a "stop payment" indefinitely on it through my bank, which I have never done before. They were able to take the money out again on Friday and I called my bank and they said they used a different company ** to get the money. The manager at the bank said it doesn't happen very often and considered poor business practice. This is absolutely predatory! Please understand this business is not upstanding. My bank said they can keep changing the *** So they change the ** and I can't get anyone to cancel my membership. And I second what someone else said, they don't change the workouts. It gets redundant. This business is very poorly run.
