  Shady company . Who left job after 5 days and go in them ****** dollars . They left job didnt respond to any of my three emails asking for an itemized list . They are horrible then try to threaten me with a lawsuit !!! I couldnt stop laughing at their nerve ! According to Texas law your right to go after me is zero . Of course I welcome a lawsuits but you will be paying for my lawyer too and I will be counter suing you !

  This particular job the lady had us working on her house for 3 weeks. Her money was supposed to be coming and it didnt. We had over half of the job done but had to pull off because we couldnt work for free. At this point in time this customer owes us approximately 20K and when she did get the money she didnt pay us what she owed and she ghosted us. Only to contact us about 4-5 months later wanting our help. Only when she needed my help with her problem did she come out of the woodwork and contacted me.

  This company is lying they started work for me on February 13th and worked a total of five days . They never showed up on 6th day and I have the proof . They also never sen5 me an itemized list when asking for one numerous times . They also never had a contract with me and now placed a false lien on my house . Im talking them to court and will attach the findings here for all to see. The illegal placed alien on my house under M&M lien and no contract was signed which under Texas law requires one . They instead placed bids on their false lien . I will be suing them for lawyer fees and ****** as will my husband . We will also be suing for damage they left . We also hired someone to do bid on work they did so it equaling ****** which I paid them more . We also will be asking the courts to make this company an example of what happens when you file false and illegal liens on homesteads in ***** . Hes using laws to victimize Texans and we are going to make sure he and his company will be tried to the fullest . I had many contractors who seen his damage and tell me to take him to court . Thankfully my court case the witnesses are many to help combat his lies. I never needed his help I was just wondering if my insurance company was going to sue him so he miss understood my call , see cause I turned him in to my insurance for fraud . Funny he thinks I would call and ask for his help after what he did .

  My mother house needed foundation repair, ****** foundation repair for pier and beam house. Several names appeared. My family chose Trust Foundation repair spoke to *********************** at Trust Foundation. He set a date and time he came out, looked over at the house, submitted specifications and estimation, once the company completed the work, we could not be happier with the results this was no easy task. We recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair. The crew was extremely polite and professional. They cleaned the work up when they were finish. The service was quick and the company was very trustworthy .

  Contacted company, *** came came out and looked the house over. Got quote for the job and gave the go ahead. Installed 19 supports around the perimeter of the home. Crew was extremely polite and professional in what is not an easy task. My first experience with this company. They did the job well and cleaned up when they finished. Thank you.

  BEWARE! They changed their name to Trust Foundation, originally Rite Way Foundation. **** from *****, is a SCAM! He initially fixed my mother-in-law house last September and claim to have installed 24 piers throughout the whole house to remedy the foundation issue, cost us $7,000. Last month, we saw more cracks throughout the whole house and he came out to re-accessed the foundation and quoted us another $10,500! He didn't even provide paperwork for this quote, he just eyed it! Also, he indicated the other side of the home needed more piers to fix the foundation and claim it was a drainage issue in the back yard that causing the foundation movement, which he never disclosed from the get go. The first job was supposed to address the whole entire house but he lied and did one side! After close inspection and speaking with other professionals, we discovered **** and his company has a shady reputation of half-assing their work and baiting people in with a first low quote and coming back charging more. To matter worse, he never gave us a schematic of the work order. When asked for the original schematic, he refused to give us one and claim to not have a copy! He also changed his corporation name from Rite Way to Trust Foundation, a big red flag! Shame on you and your company for taking advantage of my elderly mother. We will be suing you! We will be reporting you to the ************** and ******************!

  Im completely shocked by this review. ***** called me from ********** stating his mom had bought a house and the home inspector passed it. In my more than 20 years of doing business here in the Tyler **** Ive never had anyone say such things about my business. While they are mad at the realtor and home inspector I believe Im taking the brunt of their madness. I installed only what was needed to close the cracks in the brick veneer as asked to do. I explained that at some point the rest of the house would need done. Everyone knows that if you have a house that has settled over 3 inches, when you pick it back up, put it back to level or as close as you can without causing more damage you are going to have new cracks show up. I advise every customer to wait 90 days before doing any crack repair for that reason. Ive done everything humanly possible to make these people happy. It went from working for ***** in ********** and his mother that speaks 0 English so communication was not possible unless it was with ***** in **********. Then his brother **** decided to handle the situation and he has been building up steam to show he can make a person do whatever he wants. Yes the rest of the house needs piers. Its a big house and would take upwards of ***** piers to do the whole house. As agreed upon with ***** because he said his mother didnt have any money, I told him I would do what I could for her. I felt sorry for the lady and done the piers a lot cheaper than I would normally have done them for. Piers are $375-$400 each. I still felt sorry for the lady because she had been taken real advantage of by the realtor but thats not my fault. ***** said they didnt have the money to fix the rest of the house and it all went south from there. It got heated and I told them look Ill just come put the rest of the piers in at no cost to you. Response was oh no we are going to get this figured out and **** will be handling it from here on out. After writing this complaint on me, **** is at my office not having one clue what he is talking about and at the end of stirring the pot he asks , well ****************** are you still willing to do the rest of the house at no cost. I laughed and said after what yall are trying to do to me no way am I doing anything for you for free, that offer was off the table when you and ***** decided to slander me at the bbb with comments that are far from the truth. I went and met **** , ran the level in the house and told him if he wanted I would be there next week and adjust the piers that I installed because they are settling because the back yard stands with about 4-5 inches of water in the back yard when it rains. Im at a point where I feel there is nothing I can do to help these people and it all stems from **** and ****** mother buying a house that had many foundation issues. I understand that you should be able to trust the realtors but their job is selling houses. The buyers job is making sure to get all of the inspections they need done with people they choose not one the realtor recommends.. I have never in all my years in business had these things said about me and there is no making these people happy at this point.

  If you want a great job done and an honest price on foundation work then talk to **** and his crew at Trust Foundation Repair. We have a pier and beam home that had to have the whole floor replaced because of moisture damage. They were completely professional and **** kept on top of things and was so easy to work with. Great communication and his crew is top notch! Highly recommend them for any job. Thanks again **** and the gang. You brought back trust and fine workmanship which I hadnt seen in quite awhile!   I cannot express how thankful and satisfied I am with **** and the Rite-Way Foundation crew. My recently purchased home was found to have severe dry-rot, mold, and numerous other foundation problems that needed urgent attention. I tried working with several contractors for bids on my property, but Rite-Way Foundation went above and beyond anything I could expect, and they far out performed other contractors I spoke with. My ***** sq ft home needed a completely new pier-and-beam foundation constructed, in addition to the concrete foundation perimeter needing to be corrected as well--no small task, and something I was throwing a lot of money at to be done Rite!****'s communication was timely, transparent, and forthright. As a single, young woman who just moved to the area, I especially appreciated not having pull answers out of him regarding the type of materials, cost of services, or worry about being taken advantage of. The Rite-Way Foundation crew had a sense of urgency for my situation, and were professional and personable each and every day they arrived. **** and his crew went about their work in a way that made them feel like family, and I knew I was being cared for as if I were theirs.
