I have been using Aire Serv of Smith County for over 5 years. They have provided excellent service every time I have had an issue with my AC. Today, Friday, July 8th, 2022, I noticed that our thermostat was setting at 73 degrees but it was 75 in the house. AC unit was working. I called Aire Serv at around 4:20 pm and they had a service rep at my home by 5:00 pm. The outside temperature was around 100 degrees and I did not want to go the weekend without AC. ************** was at our home for about an hour and everything up and running. Thank you Aire Serv for excellent service.

Air Serv we have used. We were convinced to upgrade/changed aircon/heating unit in one of our rental properties, and was offered that they would keep the unit, if another unit broke down. After four years, one did, and when we called Air Sev, we were told it was stolen. We were not charged for compressor, on this unit, and I was told, it would have been *****+, but total charge was $5726.74 1. DISHONST WITH THEIR PROMISES. No apology for losing our unit.2. That was long time ago, ACCORDING TO THEM.3. Minimum discount received.4. Mean and arrogant.5. Owner *****, and *******, no positive response.6. They charge expensively on top of it.WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYBODY

In 2016 we did a full **** system change out at the Burlingame" personal home. During this change out we removed a 25t year old 4 ton Trane condenser, using R-22 refrigerant. the Burlingame's asked us to store the unit for them in the event it could be used again on a rental property. We agreed to store the unit and kept it at our shop for 6 years at no cost. Over the past 6 years we've had multiple scrap guys in and out of the shop, along with multiple recorded theft incidents. Over the past 6+ years we have lost track of how many times **** equipment has been stolen from our shop. These criminals have stolen old **** units, broken into our vans, stolen from other tenants around us. When the Burlingames requested the stored old unit be installed to their rental unit, we discovered this unit was no longer at our shop. At this time we sent a detailed email explaining the issue and offered them a used 4 ton condenser that uses the new R410a refrigerant. Also in the email we stated there would be zero charge for the condenser or labor to install the used unit. This was not only an upgrade from the dated R-22refrigerant unit, but also much higher efficiency rating, it brought the new system up to the new R-410 refrigerant. We had to replace the indoor section of the **** system at the rental property,so the Burlingames were only charged for the indoor equipment, materials, and labor. The Burlingames approved the work and we proceeded with the install a few days later. This install was done for $5,726.74.The value of this install is $8000.00+After the install was completed, the Burlingames called us stating they wanted us to give them more than $2284.00 credit for the free unit we installed. ***** and ******* explained to them the details again and told them no further credit can be issued. At this time, the Burlingames decided they would report us to the BBB. They accepted the terms, accepted the free condenser , paid for the installation of the indoor section of the **** system, then called after the the completed work , requesting more of a discount. Aire Serv feels that we went above and beyond to make this issue right on our end. Replacing a 4 ton (R-22 refrigerant ) condenser is not possible in 2022, as they have not been manufactured in over 10 years. so we took it upon ourselves to upgrade them with a free R-410 refrigerant 4 ton condenser, free of charge. Aire Serv has provided years of service work for the Burlingames with no issues until this incident.
