I had rented a hospital bed for my father last year in may, my father only used for 2 weeks and returned back to hospital, and I need to change hospice for my father right away, so we called american homepatient to pick up their hospital bed because new hospice will deliver theirs. American homepatient picked up but still charging $17.19 everymonth 21th or 22nd, I called the first time the lady said will take care but didn't mention detail how to credit back, I called again when saw the charge on the second & third month, the lady tried to insist my father had no way stopped using hospital bed, I told her my father already passed and impossible for they still charging, the lady was mad and hung up my call, I called again she hung up again. I called my bank they helped me to adjust some charges but couldn't stop their monthly charge. I had to call again to the bank few month to see if able to get adjustment. the bank always suggested me to call back american homepatient to solve the problem
