I am writing to inform you that I had the most horrible experience last night at one of yourhotel locations. ********** location I30 and ************.I checked in at 2am. I had been on the road all day and was very tired. I also had to be at work 5 hours later. Well when I checked in, The young man spoke to mr through the security window. He explained to me that a room was "$60 and $20" . I didn't understand him at first but I eventually figured it out. I agreed to the cost and proceeded to rent the room. He took the deposit off my card first. I questioned that action in my head but I was so tired I let it go. Then he proceeded to swipe for the actual room coast of $60. He was so slow on everything he did, like he was unsure about what he was doing.. He assigned me room 130 on the back side of the property. I parked and went into the room. As soon as I turned on the light that was woking I saw a *****. I immediately returned to the front desk to complain and ask for another room. He understood my complaint and assigned me room 116 in the front of the property. I proceeded to room 116 turned the air on and it was blowing hot air! I waited for about 15 min for the air to get cool but it never did! Once again I returned to the office and explained to the young man that the A/C wasn't working! Once again he moved me to another room. This time it was room 216. I proceeded to move my things AGAIN (3rd TIME)! The young man escorted me to the room to make sure the key worked, the A/C worked and the Television worked. Well the key worked, the A/C worked but the ** remote didn't work. So once again I had to go back to the office to get another remote. I also asked about an Iron so I could Iron my uniform for work. I was told that the Iron wouldn't be available until 10a-11a the next morning! I had to be at work at 9am! So I decided to get in the shower and go to bed.
