First of all, I don't usually write reviews and have never written a bad one until now. I went into ****** Withers ****************************** to finalize the cancellation of our insurance. All we needed to do was turn in a final signed copy of the cancellation notice which we initiated a few months ago.This office is on Broadway just north of Front St. on the right heading toward downtown ****** The strangest part was that the man who came to the counter was standing far off. He asked what we needed. We told him we needed to turn in some papers and he responded, "Are we being served?". Thinking this was odd, he refused to accept the papers and walked away leaving us standing there with papers in hand. I told him he needed to come back to the counter in a raised voice as the rest of the office was completely closed off from the front entryway. He came back out in a threatening way and we had some words.Hearing this, ****** Withers came to the counter and also refused to accept the form. She finally did after telling us to, "Leave my office now or I'll call the police!". She bleated that she was the owner. (All of the 5 star reviews are for the previous owner- ****** bought it and kept the positive reviews.)After leaving the office and returning to our car, the strange little man we talked to first began to try to terrorize us in the parking lot with his truck. He targeted us, drove around us making hand gestures, and briefly blocked us from leaving the parking lot. It wasn't intimidating to us, but more pathetic and childlike much like how an entitled brat throws a temper tantrum. We can assume by all of this nonsense that this particular branch of Allstate doesn't like it when you cancel your policy with them.We have never been so Ill treated in our lives, and believe me when I say that we are easy-going and down to earth people. Please, do business with her at your own risk and don't say I didn't warn you about the experience!
