Love this credit card app. It is a paid app but it has raised my score and it has also given me credit that is not secured! I would definitely recommend this app for people with little no bad credit or trying to start over!Review from Melody R

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a credit card company, they claim to help build credit this is not true they over **** my account on a deposit I had canceled twuce still went through how this even happened is beyond me I purposely do not carry overdraft protection and do this also caused a negative **** on my credit from my bank Atlas also made a negative ****! Blocked me from using all funds deposited to my account. Even after all fees were paid. Over ***** in money they will not respond about or account for.Review from Marilyn M

I put $500 and they took an additional $221 out of my account that caused me to go over draft. Then I asked to close account and return my money. They want me to pay off the balance that I had already paid into that was my money in order to close the account. Money that was put in was mine to begin with and bills was paid off on that money of mine. They want me to pay back what was paid out already It was my money.Review from Michael H

It has been a good experience till now. I work for a company who has taken away our sick time since the Pandemic. I missed some work so I got behind on my payments when talking to the people at the longpoint location the manager tried to run a partial payment which I did not approve since I knew the money was not there. Know they are trying to charge me 30 dollar fee for ****. The manager refuses to take it off because she said she made notes that I said it was ok.So basically calling me a Lair.Review from Anthony P

Absolutely terrible customer service ! No way to get anyone on the phone. Theyll tell you they need information from you to update your account and then will just never let you pay off the balance or close the account. They are liars and crooks and I recommend no one ever trust them with your money, let alone your personal information. I learned the hard way and have to say this is the worst financial institution Ive ever worked with .
