I saw an ad advertising a mobile home for sale in ********** ** @ the NorthgateMHP in ********** *****! I drove down to look at it but saw another and decided to buy that one I spoke to the Park manager ******* who contacted the office and got the paperwork from ******* or *******, dont know,. it was late when I signed the documents and the purchase agreement for the mobile home as well as the lease agreement foolishly without paying close attention the next day I glanced over my contract and it made no mention of The mobile home it only listed the lot for which the mobile home sat I contacted the office and asked for a revision they said thats how they do things that made me feel uncomfortable needless to say it turned hostile after that by the office staff! Finally nasty maneuvering using my caseworker to get a letter stating that I was purchasing a mobile home instead of a lot I obtained a letter with the official letterhead of what I was actually buying it was very sneaky on their part well its gone downhill from there theyve done entrapments baiting me into violating my lease they gave me permission to put up the fence which I had proof in a text then as soon as I started build The fence both the park manager and her assistant blasted my phone saying that I violated my lease by putting up a fence it became a big ordeal of bullying which they threatened eviction from the time of the fence they have been sending me violation letters until finally an infection letter after *** spent $10 grand in renovations in the last three months rehabbing this mobile home and in doing so theyve slandere my name making insult to injury building a case against me to have me kicked out of the park, on either side of me are registered *** offenders,felons..they can stay? I just have the nicest mobile home in the park and they want it back, now I have to get an attorney if hes not a part of the boys club and fight these thieves and criminals trying to steal my property!
