********************* is a horrible GM. I bought a Kabco Tigercat June 2023. House was delivered to my property August 17th 2023 severally damaged. They sent a non professional trim out crew to put the house together. They did a horrible job. The house was left a mess, mud and Sheetrock dust covered all the floors. The crew didnt use any plastic or paper to protect the floors. I have time stamped pictures from the delivery date of damages. And still today February 16th **** no repairs have been made. American Homes Tyler ***** has made my living experience of a brand new home like living in a nightmare for the past 6 months. All they do is give you the runaround about waiting on Kabco to ship another house with parts. Im at my **** end and dont know what to do.

We have been out to this customer's house several times and made many cosmetic repairs even though the cosmetic warranty is only valid for 30 days and customer has signed off on these obligations during the closing process. We have gone further and order more parts to the home in hopes of keeping this customer happy. If I recall correctly, we even suggested calling for a state inspection of his home, but the customer refused. This customer is no stranger to calling our office and using foul language since the time of his purchase. On 2/16/24 This customer calls to the office to make several threats against myself and my staff even when we were trying to schedule with him a time to return as we had received more parts the day before for his home. Threatening to drive to our office and "Beat my f****** a**" as well as other very vulgar remarks and threats to me personally. Not just over the phone but in text to my sales staff and to my personal ******** page. I have turned over all communications to our attorney's office and I have suggested to this customer to do the same. Police have been involved and we do not plan to return to this customer's home until our legal matter is resolved due to his life-threatening threats.
