WHEN i PAY FOR ROOM HE THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY THEY TOLD ME THE PRICES FOR THE ROOM BUT CHARGE MORE MONEY.Business response

**************** has been staying here for long time and we appreciate his business. We have never charged him more than our published rate. However we have always charged him early check in fee as he always check inn between 11 am and 12 noon. Our regular check in time is 3 pm so when he checks in early we always tell him what is the fee at the time and he is ok with it. He has a clear choice at that time to pay the fee and take the room or wait till 3 pm to pay regular price. We have not over charged him at any time. We have all the records of his stay. Sometime on weekends when motel is extremely busy and rooms are not ready and guest wants to check in early we tell the guest the price and if he agrees with it we rent them the room. Its never a case of overcharging. **************** only been charged $10 extra for early check in on weekdays and $40 on weekend one time which he had choice to pay or wait till 3 pm. I believe we have always taken care of him just like we take care of all our guest.
