During their move, they did unintentionally leave some of our cleaning goods below, but fortunately we noticed and took them upstairs! Everything went really well! Strongly advised. We have compared a number of pricing quotes, and this is among the less expensive choices for packing and moving a two-bedroom apartment!

These men are really kind, productive, diligent, and skilled in what they do! It's astounding how quickly and expertly they put furniture together and take it apart. Without a doubt, I would give them another call if I were moving, and I would also suggest them to friends.

I have nothing but praise for this relocation business. Amazing teamthey packed and crammed everything I had into such a tiny spaceit was truly a miracle! They did an excellent job, are extremely punctual, and I really recommend them.

I was overcharged $575.00. Initially, I was overcharged $50 and ************************* said he would refund me $50. He, proceeded to charge me again not giving me the $50 credit.. I brought this to the attention of *************************, the owner I assume. He said I would have the money back in 2 days. I texted him letting him know 3 days has passed and there had been no credits. He said he needed my credit card info front and back. I have tried calling him and texting. Texts and calls are no longer being answered. In summary, I have been charged $1100.00 for a $525.00 move. He acknowledged this was an overcharge but appears to not want to credit the funds.

DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY" the police even spoke on it in agreement. (After I used them roll ?? $935 FOR 1 BEDROOM-2ND FLOOR) I gave 1 because; (first off let me say I'm glad we moved our own TVs and computers or they would've either be stolen or broken and not paid for. Nothing was replaced or cared it was broken) ¹ The move was scheduled for 10am and They showed up at 11:30am. ² When they said,, "our tire came off and the 'bolts on the tire came off " at 3pm, it took them until 10pm to make it the 45min to our new place. ³ They charged me for 30min of them sitting watching the rain when they were loading the trailer. 4 They broke and scratched everything we had in their trailer (our food even busted open). 5 When I tried to find the address of the business it googled 3 addresses... I went to the first house and it was very shady in North Tyler. Go figure ??. There is no address because it is ran out of his house. 6 DURING my visit with him after the move-next day. A female called very drama filled with him, calling over and over upset that she was told I was complaining. He ended up saying "in a way she is my boss". (His female). This is nothing but a drama filled shady comp y out for your money.Their trailer was not taken care of. It was falling apart.
