I purchased a 2006 ****** Sienna from Peltier Nissan February 17, 2024. I was promised verbally there was nothing wrong with the car. There was. Valve gasket cover and rack and pinion/tie rod issues. I paid them to fix it because I knew I took a chance purchasing a used car. The car still leaks oil and there is a clunking sound when I turn the steering wheel. I took it to ****** of ******** and the valve gasket covers were not done properly and the tie rods are on backwards. I am so disgusted. I called so many times and no one ever called back. I decided I would never go back and I would pursue this issue another way. I have receipts and diagnostics from ****** of ******** to prove my complaint. I am out thousands of dollars because they lied to me from the beginning. I believe I should be refunded my money for the repairs that were not done properly. Also the repairs not done properly could cause a fire or the tie rod issue could cause an accident.Initial Complaint

MARCH 21, 2023 I PURCHASE A 2023 NISSAN FRONTIER TOTAL SALE PRICE $ ******. I TOLD THE *************************** WE MAKE $ ******* MAYBE ****. A WEEK HE PUT THAT AMOUNT THEN *************************** SAID IF THEY ASK TELL THEM THAT I MAKE $7500. A MONTH ON RETIREMENT. NOBODY ASK ME. I WAS HOPING HE DID NOT LIE BECAUSE I TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT WAS THERE WITH ME, IF THEY ASK WHAT I MADE I WAS NOT GOINING TO LIE. I TEXT ****** AROUND 9:00 OR 10:00 PM THAT I WANED MY *** BACK. HE TEXT BACK TO LATE WHEN I LEFT THE *** LOT IT WAS TO LATE. AFTER A 30 MIN CONVERSATION WE DECIDED TO DO A VOLUNTEER SURRENDER OF THE ***** ON APRIL 1 2023 AND I TOLD ****** AND DELERSHIP ABOUT THE RUBBER MISSING ON REAR PASSENGER TIRE AND WE SAW IT WHEN WE GOT HOME. APRIL 7, 2023 ************************* PURCHASE 2019 CHEV I TOLD ****** WE MAKE ***** HR NOW AND HE WANTED TO LIE AGAIN AND HE SAID WE MAKE **** A MONTH ON RETIREMENT. I CALL THE DEALSHIP AROUND 5:00 PM AND SAID I AM BRINNGING THE *** BACK AND ****** TEXT AND SAID HE ALREADY LEFT FOR THE **** I ***RY THE 2019 CHEV BACK THAT NIGHT ABOUT 9:00 PM. I WILL NOT LIE ABOUT MY INCOME I NEVER ASK ANYONE TO LIE. WELLLS FARGO SENT ME MY APPLICATION WHAT ****** SENT THEM AND LET ME KNOW WHAT ****** PUT ON ALLY APPLICATION BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE **** OF OTHER ONE OF THE APPLICATIONS OF WHAT ****** PUT ON THE APPLICATIONS ABOUT MY INCOME. I WAS NOT SURE IF ****** DID LIE AND I WAS NEVER ASK FROM ANYONE ELSE, IF THEY WOULD HAVE SAK ME I WOULD NOT WAS NOT GOING TO LIE.
