I had the meal plan subscription and wanted a refund before I even received the meals and although I was pressured to continue the subscription they finally agreed to give me a refund and told me it would take 3 to 5 business days. After the 5th day I still didnt receive my refund so I contacted them and they told me that they refunded me and to contact the bank which I did and the bank stated they never received a refund. I waited a couple of days due to the holidays to reach back out to project lean nation and was finally able to speak to someone only to be told that the refund was never processed and that she would do it right away! Its been over 2 weeks and we have yet to receive our $300 refund despite the website advertising money back guaranteed.Business response

Customer received a full refund on 5/29 before this compliant was even filed. There was a refund delay that is not typical bc of an error on our part and the Memorial Day Holiday but it was not 2 weeks and the customer was notified and we apologized multiple times for the inconvenience.
