            I placed ORDER # US494900 on Feb 22 2024 8:07PM and received notice on March 13 that my order had been dispatched. Once the ground thawed (about April 15) I was able to plant the rose and it seemed to be growing albeit slowly. I noticed the growth was very spindly -- not typical of this type of rose (as I have owned this rose at another home I once lived at). I was told this is typical and to wait for the rose to bloom if I suspected it was not the correct rose. I waited and the rose bloomed in a very different color and petal count. The order rose is listed as an apricot color and I was sent a red rose. I wrote to the company and four times they responded: first to confirm receipt of my replacement request then to tell me they were busy at a flower show, then to say they were having power outages and finally to address my issue. In it they said weather could affect the color but did not address my request for a replacement. I have attached photos and all correspondence.

            Ordered 3 ***************** roots Fall 2022 from the website and they were delivered in May 2023. One died immediately, tried to reach customer service for the ****** guarantee by email - no response at all; tried to call - the phone line seems to be disconnected. The second rose is just blooming - totally in different color and shape than the one I order. The third one is hard to tell now, still a tiny one. I would never order anything from this company. If you don't take care of the quality and service, your business will not last.

            We apologize for any upset and inconvenience caused. We have been very short staffed and trying to respond to customer emails as quickly as we can in the order they are received. Our customer service staff are also answering phone calls, and once a certain number of calls are in line, a message is given that the phone line has been disconnected. I assure you that this is not the case, and we are trying to get this rectified., We stand by our 5 year warranty and have not been able to find an email from you in our system. Please will you re-send your email to ************************************************************************* and we will be happy to take of you,Thank you
