      Tried to buy gold and owner was charging more than $100 over spot. I was told to try the internet and as I was walking away, I said I would from now on. He called me back and he "explained" that he has to make a profit and "explained" it took him 5 weeks to get his last gold order and "explained" he does the best he can, etc. I said he doesn't have to make ALL his profit on me, lol. He cussed me and insulted me saying, "you won't stop f...king babbling so I can 'explain' to you". I thanked him for the internet referral, told him I didn't appreciate being cussed out and insulted, that I would be filing a complaint with BBB. He then apologized and starting talking over me then accused me of talking over him. It was horrible. He has always been gruff and tries to intimidate but he has never gone this far. I will never return bcz I, nor anybody deserves this kind of abuse but especially from someone you are trying to do business with. His employee then engaged me and encouraged me not to complain and she is a sweet person. Wonder how many others she has talked out of negative reports. He wasn't really apologetic bcz while speaking with her, he would say something and then waive me off, dismissing me and reiterated his insult without the cussing or poor choice of words (babbling).

      ******************** did indeed come in our fleishel location inquiring about buying gold. As soon as I quoted her my price she visibly got angry. Having another customer in the store I tried to settle her down as she was getting louder. She was about to storm out and I said maam if youd come back we can discuss this calmly. She did come back in. The very second I started addressing her pricing concern she said, You bottom dollared me on a gold 1 ounce I sold you and now youre over charging me to buy one. I asked when she sold it and how much I paid her. She let me know I paid ******* and it was 2 months ago. I explained to her I paid her substantially over the price of gold for her coin. She visibly settled down and said I did pay her fairly. When I began explaining our pricing she began get loud and angry as well as speaking over me. She stated you called me back in here as I was trying to leave, you should have just let me leave and you paid me too little for my gold. This literally went on for 6-8 minutes. I interjected that you just said I did pay you fairly for your coin and she went off on another angry tangent. I kept trying my best to answer her and she never slowed down to let me. I did indeed curse as she said as it was extremely frustrating for her to do a complete 180 on what she had just admitted to. I apologized quickly. What she leaves out is that the other customer told her maam I did hear him cuss but I mean you are very loud and angry and wouldnt allow him to get a word in. Indeed she did have a long discussion with *******. And yes ******* is the sweetest lady *** ever put on this earth. She WAS NOT trying to dissuade her from filing any complaint. I heard most all of their conversation. I heard ******************** tell her she would not be filing a complaint and she had visibly settled down after about 20 minutes in the store. I went back to them, with my hand out to shake ******************** hand. She started getting angry again and ignored my handshake. Thats when I gave up. I can not emphasize enough how angry and loud she was
