    Suddenly got sent a letter of collections that stated I owed money from this company I've never heard of. They never billed me at any point in the 2 years they were charging me. Their consumer policy states that they will gather my license plate and bill me for the first payment to be processed within 30 days. They failed to do this. The policy also states they will send me an invoice and failed to do so. Thus they are going against their own written policies. I want them to contact me to solve this failure on their part to contact me appropriately. Their failure to use my license plate information to send a bill to an address I've lived in for over 12 years is their error which they need to take into account and address properly. I'm not going to pay extra for this company's errors.

    I have received two separate bills in the last four months from this company for a vehicle that is not even mine. Two bills were sent with a picture of a license plate and vehicle that clearly do not match mine. If I can read the plate and tell that it is not mine, then why can't the company with "billing authority" read the plate and see that it does not match up with the plate on my account. It is upsetting that I have spent numerous hours waiting on the phone dealing with these fraudulent bills, since I go out of my way to avoid Toll 49. This company needs to do better quality control on their billing system. Please stop sending me bills for other vehicles that use your tollway.
