Suddenly got sent a letter of collections that stated I owed money from this company I've never heard of. They never billed me at any point in the 2 years they were charging me. Their consumer policy states that they will gather my license plate and bill me for the first payment to be processed within 30 days. They failed to do this. The policy also states they will send me an invoice and failed to do so. Thus they are going against their own written policies. I want them to contact me to solve this failure on their part to contact me appropriately. Their failure to use my license plate information to send a bill to an address I've lived in for over 12 years is their error which they need to take into account and address properly. I'm not going to pay extra for this company's errors.Business response

We traveled on the NETRMA-NE49-sh31e-East toll road on 3/18/2022 around 10:00 am. We have an HCTRA EZ tag, which was scanned for 3 axles and was paid from our account. The 3 axles are 2 on a ****** Frontier and 1 on a small travel trailer. We received a **** of $7.18 from NETRMA, with the trailer tag as a reference. When I called to explain we were already charged by HCTRA, I was told the trailer has to have a transponder. We have pulled our trailer all over Texas on toll roads and have never been told it has to have a transponder. In addition, the photo on the **** clearly shows our truck towing the trailer. The trailer is a single axle travel trailer that is not a motorized vehicle. We are not going to pay a toll TWICE for the same vehicle, especially when the toll we paid includes the trailer.Business response

I was billed a Toll bill from this company which I had never heard of. The picture of the vehicle on my bill is not my car. The license plate was read wrong by their system this is not even the same brand car as mine. The picture is a **** vehicle my car is a *****. I have emailed them about this issue and there has been no responses, I have sat on hold multiple times with no answer. My license plate is *** ****. I was charged $1.62 for a toll in Tyler which I have never even visited. I was billed an additional $14.00 for a late fee while trying to contact them about these fraudulent charges. I now owe them $15.62 that I am needing to be dismissed immediately. The account number for these fraudulent charges is ********* the invoice is ************. Please do not bill me this apparent toll fee again this is fraud and a scam.Business response

I checked on this invoice number and the balance owed was dismissed on 1-4-22 as a miss-key. This means that the license plate was typed incorrectly Please do not hesitate to call our local office in Tyler at ************ if you have any questions.

We were billed for use of a toll road in Atlanta in October of 2021 in the amount of 6.94. We promptly paid the invoice via check through the mail so we were surprised to receive a notice of nonpayment. I verified the check was received and cashed and then called NetRMA to inquire to confirm that they had record of the payment and applied it to our account. The customer service representative confirmed receipt of payment and that no additional fees were due. Now we have received another notice of nonpayment with double late fees. We want the fees removed and the account closed as it was paid in early November 2021. We have tried to reach the company and have not had any success in speaking with a customer service rep.Business response

I received a Toll Bill Invoice for $3.85. Is this a scam? I was never in Texas, the picture is dark and blurred and this is not my vehicle, looks like a semi and has a hook on back. I called several times 2 different phone numbers ************ and ************ both said 85 callers ahead of you. So I emailed twice to *************************** and no response. I continuously get a bill in which I have already paid. I have called multiple times and the company will not acknowledge I have paid them. I have attached the bill and proof I have paid them. The proof of payment is on my bank statement under the payment "RMA Toll 09/18". I made two payments in the amount of 19.85 and 78.01. These payments do not reflect in their system.
