I have received two separate bills in the last four months from this company for a vehicle that is not even mine. Two bills were sent with a picture of a license plate and vehicle that clearly do not match mine. If I can read the plate and tell that it is not mine, then why can't the company with "billing authority" read the plate and see that it does not match up with the plate on my account. It is upsetting that I have spent numerous hours waiting on the phone dealing with these fraudulent bills, since I go out of my way to avoid Toll 49. This company needs to do better quality control on their billing system. Please stop sending me bills for other vehicles that use your tollway.

I was billed a Toll bill from this company which I had never heard of. I am staying in Illinois. I was never in Texas on that date. The picture of the vehicle on my bill is not my car. This is not even the same brand car like mine. The picture is a ********* vehicle my car is a *****. I am needing to be dismissed immediately. The account number for these fraudulent charges is xxxxxxx, the invoice is xxxxxx. Date of transaction says 12/17/2021, time: 07:41:28 AM, transaction xxxxxx location NE49-H110W 01 Please help me get this resolved. I received a notice with charges of $5.09 due from a toll on 11/20/21 in Tyler, Texas. I was not in Tyler, Texas ( I live on the east coast) on that date nor do I own the vehicle with the displayed license plate.
