They sold me a truck that was on the verge of breaking down . Bought the truck march 8th and drove to ********** 2 days later because thats where I work and truck was cutting off on its on &. check engine light 2 days later .. I called car dealership and explained my situation and they told me to bring it by so I did on April 8th they replaced the battery and the battery wasnt the issue I told them the car was doing the same exact thing so I work in ********** so I couldnt just drive back to ***** again I was assuming they fix it the first time .. asked could they tow it back to ***** and he misunderstood what I asked him to do . So he towed the car from ********** to ***** . Im assuming they were going to fix it because I had been communicating with them . But the owner told me he was repossessing and if I wanted truck back Id have to pay him 1300 and the cost to fix truck but I just bought the truck and technically they were supposed to fix it on the 8th of April but they didnt & I explained that and the owner disrespectfully yelled Im not refinancing the car and hung up in my face. All I wanted was the truck to be fixed before I pay anymore money towards it I put 2500 down & was expecting a fully functioning truck.

****************** first purchased a Camaro from us and returned to the dealership a few days later stating that it sat too low to the ground. He decided to purchase a Ram truck, so we applied the down payment from the Camaro to the truck. The down payment for the truck was $500 more than the Camaro, so we offered a deferred payment for the additional $500 down payment to be paid in one month. He did call within his 30-day warranty and we replaced the battery. We were not in contact with ****************** again until he called saying the vehicle was doing the same thing and that it was in west *****. He was 10 days late on his monthly payment and the remainder of the down payment by this time, and the 30-day warranty had passed. We offered to finance the repair and he stated that we could come get the vehicle and that he would "cut his losses now". We did have the vehicle towed at our expense of $1,340.

We did not hear from him until several days after we were in possession of the vehicle. We did let him know that we would not refinance the vehicle since he had not made the remaining down payment or his regular payment.

I am rejecting this response because:  The Camaro has nothing to do with the ram truck I had every right to return to the Camaro  . Why would I offer to cut my losses on the ram truck if  you were going to fix the truck ? And I work in ********** I cant communicate as needed so when I did communicate I was expecting you to resolve this issue but you didnt. so I was assuming I was getting a fully functional truck . That is not fair . You told me you wouldnt tow the truck to fix it if its in ********** but you you towed it now . Its not fair . There accusations arent accurate.

We asked the customer to bring the vehicle in for the repair, which he would be responsible for paying due to the 30-day warranty being expired. He let us know that he would not be able to bring it in since it was in ********** and that we could come and get the vehicle. We let him know that we could not tow it back for repairs. We did gain possession of the vehicle and due to the customer's account being delinquent, we relayed when we spoke to him again that would we not continue to finance the vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:   I want my $2500 back for selling me a damaged vehicle that was not working truck broke down 2 days later . I had 30 day warranty
