              This business is known for not communicating properly. Ive been a good customer for a year and a few months and theyve repossessed my car twice with no warning nor any real explanation. They become unreasonable when needing to communicate and they do not keep their word. They truly do bad business according to the repo man. He stated that they are always out to make an extra buck when it comes to the customers repo. Afterward he asked if he could smoke in my car while he rode away leaving me stranded at work. I had a verbal and written agreement with them that I would be returning the car for trade on *********** day. Now Im a day off work and no way of getting to their location which is in a whole different city then I am at the moment. Not only this I repaired the damage like I said only for them to repo my vehicle.

              They have terrible customer service, I currently have a vehicle with them and since I've had the vehicle the transmission has been slipping, I have communicated with multiple individual From this establishment from the owner to the second hands. They don't like fixing their cars, They sold me a car that registration sticker or license plate number didn't match each other and tried to tell me it's fine while I explained that the police had issued a ticket for. If I would've knew what I knew now I definitely wouldn't have did business or service with these people. The lady ******* that works in their office is highly disrespectful towards customers, The actual "OWNER" has a a****** attitude and they vehicles are ****** priced LEMONS.
