      I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. I went with my 2 kids and wife and actually had a nice time. BUT we were greeted by a very nice young lady that helped us. She offered us a price on a membership that was about the same price as paying for the day so seemed like a no brainer. Come to find out it was a monthly membership that billed us that every month. That was never disclosed at all. I even questioned how it was so cheap, as it didnt make sense to ever just pay for one day. Explaining that we pay that every month would have been nice. So I call to cancel and get directed to the ** as only they can help us. Write the ** and 2 weeks later I get a reply telling us we are locked into a 4 month membership and its against their policy to break it. We have to pay for 4 months and then she would be happy to cancel it. She said we should have looked at the flyers in the store or the fine print on the iPad and seen that it was a monthly payment. Wow. I though letting the person who greeted us right away, help us would be safe. Didnt know I should say hold on let me go read all your flyers and make sure youre not misleading us.And I understand that is not 100% on them. I get that I should have been more aware too. Still think locking us in is a horrible way to treat customers. Ok so fast forward. We have now paid 4 months and I have now sent multiple emails over the course of a month with no reply. Nice. Obviously there is something shady going on. At this time I still have a membership that I cannot get a hold of the person who said she would be happy to cancel. I have also filled out the website contact form 3 times and messaged them on their active ******** page, with no responses at all. Horribly shady business.

      Took my daughter there and was very disappointed. The credit card machine was not working. The lights were flickering and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. The concession stand was closed and we were told that they had a fridge you could buy drinks from. The a/c was not working as well. We were never offered a refund or a discounted price. Not sure that we will ever go back.

      I went to the ************** ************* location on 3/15/22 with my son and we met my friend and her daughter there. There was no disclaimer on the website nor ******** page noting the many issues going on that day. We paid $26 each for our entry for our kids to only be able to stand the flashing strobe lights, lack of A/C, lack of working water fountains, cash only issues for half an hour. I understand they had issues with the fire controls but should have made a disclaimer on their website or made an effort to email those that did on-line waivers. I loaned cash to my friend so that her daughter could have at least something to drink. I did speak to the manager on site-while polite-said there was nothing more that could be done (since repairs needed to be made). The location should not have been open or in the very least been given a discount to the lack of snack bar, A/C, nauseous strobe lights and water fountain issues. Very disappointing experience.
