      I ordered two bedrooms sets in the beginning of December. I scheduled my delivery for Dec.21, because I received notification that all of my items were ready to be delivered and they had all of My items. I called to verify they said they didnt have all of it then they said they did so I proceeded with the delivery. I paid for the delivery also. I wanted my son to have a new bedroom for Christmas. I waited all day and the delivery employees get to my home and told me they did not have all of the pieces to my sons bedroom set. I was in shock at this point and very irritated with the customer service with this company. No one verified my order? I dont get how you would miss something like this. I have also been sent a bill for the read of what I owe on the furniture when all of it has not been delivered. The company explained that I would hear from Progressive once all my merchandise has been delivered. My bill is due on 1/18/24. Why? When I havent even got everything. I got the bill and notification a day before any delivery had taken place. I spoke to two managers. They are looking into it, but I would like my sons room before Christmas before he leaves to his dad. Its awful that you get lack of Your merchandise, but they want their money for the stuff immediately. I also dont want any used pieces of furniture. Help!!!!!!!!! They have nice pieces, but the customer service could be a lot better. I would like the follow asap 1. My sons stuff 2. A discount for the inconvenience for paying for something and not getting what my items all at once like I was told. 3. A refund on the delivery 4. My bill fixed for a later date when all items are received as I was told. This has been a major inconvenience for me and my family. We didnt have anything to sleep on by the way waiting on this delivery! Please know that your customers are people just like you. And have families and work hard and dont deserve this type of treatment.

      On December 2nd, 2023, our customer ****** purchased two bedroom sets (Model: Millers Cove) from us. Unfortunately, the sets were not in stock at the time of purchase for immediate delivery. When the first set arrived, we contacted ****** and delivered it to her as promised without any additional split delivery charges. The second bed, which she described was for her son (Model: B751), arrived a day after her first delivery and was delivered to her two days after the first delivery.


      ******** contract was partially funded when she received the first delivery on December 21st, 2023 for the amount of the items she received, The final amount was funded two days after, on December 23rd, 2023, after the final delivery was completed. 

      I have attached the proof of delivery. Our company is not require to pay any compensation as the accounts were funded during the delivery process and there were no issues with the delivery. The delivery department followed up with the customer and confirmed that everything was delivered successfully.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. There was an issue with the delivery and they didnt communicate this information initially. I called everywhere to see where the stuff was. No one has called me back yet. I did all of the calling. The customer service was not satisfactory. I did get my order. I was just shocked how you can bring partial of a delivery and not let the customer know.i found this out during the delivery. Nothing was partially refunded, but the stuff did make it here, and the ******************* due in 1/18/24. The customer service needs improvement. People. Bring their hard working money here. Treat the customer better. We dont deserve I dont know, Im not sure what happened when the money is taken immediately. Have a blessed one.
