I took my car there after an accident and they would help with the deductible. When I called to make sure the car repairs were completed before picking it up, I was told they have to find out and call back. I never received a call back and had to call back myself. I was informed that the car was not ready and was given a new completion date. Again, I called and the exact same thing. This happened several times and there was always an excuse why the car is not ready. They ended up going over the 30 day limit I have for my rental car. I was told they would pay the difference. When I was finally going to pick my car up, I turned the rental in and when I got to the shop I was told the car is not ready. I was upset because I was driving 2 hours to get there and no longer had a rental car. I was told they only needed the alignment done. They stated since I no longer have a rental I can take it home and bring it back to finish it. On the way home a side panel for the window came off. They also did a poor job with repairs, nothing was lined up properly. My head lights did not work properly either, and all my leather seats were extremely dirty. It appeared they never covered the seats. I called and told them of all the things that needed to be fixed, they assured me that they will when I bring it back because they don't do business like that. I took it back and after having it for another 2-3 days I went to pick it up after work. When I got there it was very late and I went inside to get my keys. I didn't take a close look at my car until I got home and nothing was fixed, the bumper was worse than the first time and scratched. I have called numerous times to get it fixed and every time I ask for the owners I'm told they are not there and no one calls back. I took the car to Lexus to have them check my lights and was told that the wiring is wrong. I went there in person and was told the owners are not there. I also did not receive a receipt. Customer was instructed to bring the vehicle back to the body shop to correct said issues and the vehicle has not arrived at this facility as of 10/2/2023. Rental bill was paid for customer as a courtesy. All customer will need to do is bring it in if calls are not being returned. Waiting for customer to bring it in to assess and fix items on approved insurance estimate/supplement.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have done exactly that, after leaving numerous messages for a call back I drove to the shop (2 hours away) and was told that neither owner is there. I have been there once before when I was told my repairs were finished and after I got there after work the car was not done and no one bothered to inform me. I need to receive a phone call in regards to set up a time when to come up there. When I went there I also asked for a receipt since I never received one for all the repairs and was told by the front desk lady that she doesn't have one available.Regards

My car had been rear-ended and I chose this company to repair the damages back in June. Ive had to go 5 times so far due to them not fixing it correctly and it still isnt fixed. Ive gone there and personally talked to the owner several times and they still have not fixed my bumper. Theyve tried to just cover up damages with just paint at first and not repair the scratches and dents. I go to pick up my car after a week and nothing was done. My bumper still has a dent and is misaligned. They never call back when I call them for information. Ive called them today and they just told me to call back later this week to see if they can get a new bumper approved which they shouldve done from the very beginning. This has been extremely stressful for me and I didnt have a car for several weeks during this time.
