    Overcharge of ******** for 9 unused days of inpatient services. My treatment plan was completed and I discharged with the full support of the clinical team. My decision to discharge was also based on the negligence in care and multiple medication mistakes as outlined in my emails and letters to leadership and high have gone ignored.

    Enterhealth took our families money for treatment and neglected our family member who stayed at the ranch. *** at Enterhealth said that the patient should not be left alone due to his mental condition, yet they released him on his own without calling the family. We couldn't locate the patient for days. Enterhealth won't release any medical records. I just want a refund. They are hurtful to the patient and the family.

    Enterhealth thanks you for bringing your concern regarding the care of your ex-husband. Enterhealth Ranch is a duly licensed substance abuse treatment facility through the Texas Department of State Health Services, and is also fully accredited through The Joint Commission, a nationally recognized accrediting organization. Enterhealth has been in business for 14 years and is held in good standing with both Agencies. We assure you that Enterhealth's focus on providing a private, personalized, medical approach to drug and substance abuse treatment remains our top priority.

    Enterhealth initiated a review of Ms. *****'s concerns regarding her ex-husband's treatment, discharge, and medical records access. Review findings are as follows:
    - Enterhealth is a voluntary treatment program and as such, when a patient elects to discharge, that patient cannot be held in treatment against their wishes.
    - Ms. ***** was notified 48 hours prior to the patient's scheduled discharge and refused to pick up the patient.
    - Patient's medical records have been released. Enterhealth takes seriously the privacy of its patients and conducts a thorough internal due diligence process before medical records are released to outside parties.
    - Patient stayed 19 days in treatment and is not owed a refund per an Agreement signed by patient dated June 16, 2022.

    Enterhealth takes all complaints very seriously, and it has conducted a complete review of the facts and circumstances of this case and stands by the facts presented above. Should Ms. ***** like to discuss these matters personally, we are happy to have that conversation. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

    Enterhealth never contacted me regarding releasing my current spouse. Please provide the date and time and method of contact. That complete statement is false. *** stated to me that the patient should NOT be left alone. The medical records provided to Enterhealth revealed mental and memory distinctions. *** said after the brain test, the family would be contacted to pick him up and take him to a sober house or home. That NEVER happened. He was instead, just released. Enterhealth was checking for more insurance coverage, after no further insurance money was available, they were done. Enterhealth responded that I would not pick up the patient. If the conversation was a true fact, they would know that It was impossible for me to physically drive at that time and the family would have been involved as was supposed to happen.
