**** turned our house addition dream into our biggest nightmare. He used such unskilled cheap labor (despite charging us a ton) that all of our walls started to separate because his dry wall guys used the wrong kind of tape. We just spent a huge amount on a new gc to fix some of the damages that ************* caused. He left so much unfinished and didnt do things on the contract that he was supposed to do. Our door frames only have a base coat of paint and even the crown molding is missing in areas that they did not complete. He also lied right to my face About our project when I was 5 days post c section.i can only assume that he took advantage of us because we were in a vulnerable situation but who knows.

This job did turn into a nightmare. I have messages at the end of the job where homeowner stated that everything looked good and we only needed to finish 1 item. Homeowner talked to one of my subs at the very end of the project, and the price I had bid was ****** higher than what the sub ended up charging. This set her off into thinking I over charged her for everything. I offered multiple times to fix anything she felt was wrong. In messages I still have, she said she never wanted me back on her property. She proceeded to file suit and asked for all paperwork and receipts. I do not have to do this, but in good faith gave the whole file to my attorney, which showed all monies received and all payments to sub contractors, suppliers, etc. I actually lost money at that point. Then there was a balance owed to me of ******** which I was never paid and she removed her suit once my attorney sent her letters. This is the first customer in 12 yrs. that was not happy at the end.
