I warn you for you're own good, do not do business with *****************************, owner of Tru Green Landscaping & Construction. He is a ******** and con man. He conned me out of $2900 and asked for more but I refused to give him anymore. In June 2023, he promised to replace the carpet in my upstairs rooms and level the floor for $3000. This was the nature of his con - offer you a deal that saves you money. Then he asks for cash up front to supposedly save you on the taxes. After you give him the money, he starts making false promises about when the carpet is arriving, giving excuses and telling one lie after another. The carpet never showed. He promised it would be in every day. Then he canceled the order because it took too long for it to come in and did not return my money. If you are a legitimate business man, you know how long an order takes. Additionally, he came over and pulled up the carpet in three rooms in my house and *********** in shambles. His claim is he doesn't work for free because the carpet cost more than what you paid him and he has to pay his men to install it. He made the deal in the first place and set the price. It just all part of his con. Because I even tried to get him to just fix the floor with the money I had already given him. He completely ignored that request. When he asked me for more money to get padding that was already included in the quote, I told him I was not giving him another cent. That's when he hung up on me because he had fleeced me for as much as he could. I tried for a month to get him to return my money. He has not returned it nor completed the work. He must be desperate and broke to go around conning people out of their money. Stay clear of this schister. This individual took $1450 of my money for a job to lay new grass in my backyard and I have not heard anything since and my money has not been returned. He took my money and ran after ruining my backyard from halfway tilling it. I have to pay to get his poor work ****** correctly while trying to search for him to get a refund. Its been over a month and I have nothing to show for the $1450 Ive spent.Initial Complaint

Hired/contract signed in October to do what he said is simple irrigation and gutter(French drains) work on my house. Once he started digging he realized the job was too complex and stated he should not have accepted the job and will refund moneys given for the irrigation and gutter drains. 2 months later my yard is still incomplete, there are holes where the French drains should be buried and i can not get ******* to come to my house to finish the job. There has been excuse after excuse over the past month. Including him not aware of what the weather will on any day, even though he works mostly outside.
