I think yall are rude to humanity. My apartment got flooded due to a busted pipe from the winter storm. **** first sent out FRSTeam to assist in suckibg out all the water and do an assessment of the apartment by the first adjuster who was ***************************** who then referred us to a *****************************. Then a new adjuster was sign to the claim by the name of ************************* who then sent servepro restoration specialists to come assess my apartment and the damages done to my furniture. They took pictures and we rote down everything that was damaged and even talked to ************************* and sent the report over go this lady. Then all of a sudden a new adjuster gets assigned to the claim by the name of *********************. This lady is rude and as no sympathy for her rude actions. She closed out my claim to 0 dollars for the furniture that was damaged. **** did not Transfer the damages that was reported by servepro restoration specialist or FrsTeam. I'm am very satisfied and lost all my furniture from water damaged. What sad is Allstate even had my furniture picked up and hauled off Bit yet this lady has no record of anything. What happen to intrigity and kindness and most of all following protocol when it comes to doing a job. Yall lack responsibility of taking care of my claim. I put my trust in the wrong hands. I followed protocol. Thanks now I'm having to sit in the floor.
