I was out of town for a week and returned home August 8th, 2022 around ****. I discovered that my cable line had been disconnected and left on the yard floor. It was evident that my next door neighbor got his tree trimmed which is near the fence line to my yard. I mentioned my internet cable had been disconnected and was not reconnected. He stated that they disconnected his as well but reconnected his upon completion of their job. My neighbor was adamant about reaching out to them for me so I let him since he was the one who hire them, Quality Tree Service. He had text me not too much later and stated that he reached an associate and let them know the situation. He stated they claimed to be out of the area on a job site and would try to get to my location to fix the cable in the evening and if not they would arrive next day. My neighbor called later that evening (08/08/22) to get a status check but got no answer and no call back. He then text me in the morning of August 9th, 2022 and stated he had called them a couple more times that morning but no answer and no call back. I asked him to send me the company info so that I can give them a try. I first went to their office which happens to be a residence and no one answered the phone. Then I contacted them at **** and no answer but I left a message. I called a second time at **** and left a second voicemail and stated that if they didn't send someone over by **** that I would contact authorities. **** came and went and no luck. I contacted authorities at **** but informed me that this would be a civil suit and to go to ***********. in ******** to file a complaint. It is now **** and I have not received a call back nor my neighbor and we're nearing the end of day two since I've been home with no cable or internet. This company does not seem to care about correcting their mistakes even after they trespassed onto my property w/o my consent and tampered with my cable line. December 2021 Tree removal and trimming services were not complete according to the description on the invoice. Job site was left a mess with trash (water bottles, cigarette packs, cups with lids), piles of wood that were not hauled off etc Spoke with owner and was told they would come 12/24 to finish the job and no one has showed up and now no one is answering or returning my phone calls.
