We are at the end of a remodel that Not Too Shabby was hired to complete. The major work is complete but there is a punch list of final items that need addressing. I have paid the contractor timely and in full. She now refuses to call me back and to complete the final punch list. I have text her, left her voicemails and sent her a ******** Message. In over 7 days, she has not responded to my requests. I need the job completed that I have paid in full for. We need an electrician to look at a light switch, replace a lost door knob and replace media cabinet fans that were lost by her contractors.Business response

I have spoken to the consumer and have explained that the items are coming from China. I believe that this complaint has been resolved.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The electrical work has been completed but the doorknob has not been received and installed and the media cabinet fans have not been replaced.
