              Recently we fired Jet Aeration for price gouging nd trying to require repairs that were not necessary. Also, they are keeping FEMA money of $255.47 that they did not use for repairs. Also, I paid the $250.00 contract to them the last day of July 2021. They owe me $145.00 back on the contract and $255.47 (FEMA) total $400.47. *** ****** manager: Said he would send me proof (3-4 weeks ago) that he used the FEMA for repairs. (Never received) The records were never received 1 Jet said the money was lost, then; 2 Oh we used it to pay the contract; 3 No I used it on work orders? Check copy is received and they did deposit it in their account. Since this dispute, I have had to pay another $250.00 contract to hire another company. My system is now working. PS: We are on a fixed income and I am 78 and don't need the stress and harassment they have caused us.
