      The Home crate first gave me a quote of 2 hours for moving. It took them 6 hours in which I was credited back one hour bringing it down to 5. After our move 2 days later we noticed our tv was broken, and I was missing a piece to my cube organizer. The owner said she would replace the tv, then said she would repair it. Its been over a week since she has said these things, and nothing has been done. She has given me the run around and ghosted me each time. She is completely unprofessional!

      I provided a quote over the phone as site unseen due to the information provided by the client- well aware we charge by the hour. Unfortunately elevator access was accompanied by the community as well as a steep grass hill my team head to transport through, this can accumulate more time to load. Client stated we could not replace the same TV as it is Discontented- I offered to pick up for repair, the entire week it down poured in our town. Transporting a 75 TV in heavy rain would cause significant damage. Client was unhappy that this task could not be properly taken care of in poor weather creating risk. I run a full time business, I work on site myself, I am also a full time mother of two- there are times I could not be at  immediate access. I was happy to work together! I received a threatening call from the clients mother demanding money for the move and to repay for the new TV that was more expensive than the initial TV- it seems there was no way of providing satisfaction. Mother informed me of a Third Party entering the property that attempted to hang the *** then noticed internal damage- this automatically voids as there is not certainty it is the companys only fault. Always happy to help but in safe and effective ways.

      I am rejecting this response because: the owner has lied multiple times. She never planned on replacing our tv. I did agree to her having it repaired in which I had to contact her 3x just to get a response. She also text me husband that she would be dropping a check off to cover the damages which we have in text to which she never did. She has lied multiple times saying a third party entered our home which is simply untrue. We have even offered to provide phones records showing this to be untrue. She took my mothers words and completely twisted them to fit her narrative to get out of fixing our tv. She then had me removed from a ************** because of a true review I posted. I have also added the text she sent my husband telling him she would be dropping off a check for damages of the tv which she did NOT do and never contacted him either.
