************************* was treated by Masterpiece Smiles on Oct 23 2023. Masterpiece Smiles did not file a claim to Delta Dental as is normal practice. I had to request them to send a claim. They then sent a claim for 2 items $135 and $51.75. The claim for $135 was successfully processed and I received my refund from Delta Dental. Masterpiece Smiles entered an invalid code for the $51.75 procedure and claim was refused by Delta Dental. I have called Masterpiece Smiles 4 times and asked them to correct and resubmit claim. Each time they inform me they will do that, but thus far it has not been done.Business response

We resubmitted the claim several times for the patient even with a narrative but per the patients insurance ADA **** D9951 is not a covered procedure, therefore no benefit allowed.
