Triliji Group randomly informed us that we had to move with no reason. I called several times to discuss the reason and got no answers for about a week. After a week of calling I spoke with someone and they told me they had no reason for asking us to move. After moving from the property I received a bill for a little under $1,900 saying I owed Triliji Group. When we moved into the property in addition to the rent and deposit I had to pay for ***** to come out and remove dead rats from the attic also pay someone to remove a old dead opossum that was full of maggots about 1 week after being in the house not able to figure out why the smell was so bad. While staying in the home Triliji Group reported several repairs to the owner of the home where they had charged the owner for repairs that they never repaired or never attempted to repair. Triliji Group on several occasions sent out someone to attempt repairs and the repairs was not done. While staying in the property I myself paid for several repairs to be done and I also had taken care of several things on my own. The owner of the property and I had a conversation about the repairs and that Triliji Group had been charging her a lot of money for repairs and when her and I discussed the repairs 1 of which was the repair to a brand new dishwasher which my family had never used. I showed the owner of the home that the paperwork from the dishwasher was still inside of the dishwasher. Another issue was a constant water leak underneath the house that I continued to inform Triliji Group of and they ignored it. After several months the kitchen floor caved in. When the floor caved in I had to rush home. Upon inspecting the things it seemed that a rodent had chewed through a water line under the house causing water to spray up against the subfloor and floor joist causing it to cave in. Water was pooling under the house and I repaired the water line, vacuumed out the water, dried out the wood and put in a new sub & finished floorBusiness response

A hand delivered notice was given to ****************************** on 8/17/2022 notifying him of Advance notice of lease termination at the end of lease term per the requirement of the *** lease agreement. *************** lease ended on 9/30/2022. Please see attached notice.
Please see attached letter detailing all charges after move out. As you will see September rent of $1,200 was left unpaid being the largest charge on the list, the remaining list of charges were repairs and clean up necessary after the ****** moved out of the property.
