This is in reference to Customer ID ****** ******************************* at ********************** Waco, ***** 76706.AC work order was turned in August 2, 2022 and was repaired the same day by *********************** of ***************** and Heat Repair. ****************** stated we hired an outside company, we do not have onsite maintenance or onsite vendors; we call vendors as work orders are placed.The AC was serviced, transformer replaced, 4lbs of refrigerant added. ****************** was informed on the morning of August 3, 2022 that her AC was repaired.Utilities-At time the girls leased, utilities are explained to them and it is also in their lease, ****************** and her roommate ********************* were told on numerous occasions they were welcome to come to my office to see how utilities were handled but they never came. ****************** mother ********************* called and i helped her understand the process of utilities, how utilities are charged and split between tenants is totally different from the property they moved from.Security Deposit-as per her lease, ****************** did not provide a forwarding address. Upon move out she said that she was not sure of what her address would be, she was moving to the ******, ***** area and did not have her address at that time and that she would send it as soon as she knew her new address but I have not received the forwarding address as of today. Once her forwarding address is provided, her deposit will be sent to her.As far as trash on the property-the is property is maintained by our ****** that picks up trash 2-3 times a week and more often if needed. ****************** unit was located by one of our trash dumpsters, the dumpsters are enclosed and gates on front of the dumpsters but from time to time the blows harder than normal and trash does scatter I hope this explains and helps resolve the issue/complaint from *******************************.
