We used 3M fencing (Currently Waco Fence) to replace our old fence. They used split wood which is falling apart, did not replace the existing spring on the new gate and put one s**** where several should have been used attaching the frame of the fence to the pole. The fencing is breaking and not study due to the quality of workmanship. I have contacted the owner, *******, who has been very rude and refuses to fix the fence. The screws they used are already rusting because of the low quality of nails used nailing up the pickets. All I am asking is for the broken wood and springs to be replaced. They are scamming people out of their money.Initial Complaint

On 4/22/21, I paid Waco Fence $10,056.25, which was a partial payment, to compete a fence project at **************************************************************. After a series of delays, the project was partially completed on 3/24/2022. I paid the full balance on 3/24/2022, which was $9906.25. There were flaws in the fence project and I was told there was a written warranty for (1) year and the warranty repairs would be completed. I contacted Waco Fence via email and phone, and advised of the warranty repairs. Waco Fence advised they would order the necessary parts and complete the repairs. After persistent emails and calls, Waco Fence has yet to honor their (1) year warranty.
