I signed and closed on 2/22/2024 and its now 6/6/2024, Fleetwood has refused to fix or do repairs to my home, instead they put me off by saying contractors will contact me or come by on specific days or time,but never show. only one contractor came out to complete work on 2 exhaust fans, its multiple repairs that are needed to be done to my home which I have taken photos and submitted to the company with no follow *** nor call backs from techs, contractors, management nor office personnel. I call at least 2x a week to follow up only to be transferred to Voicemail.I have sent several emails only to be ignored or told that the techs / contractors will be contact to schedule an appointment. Ive been very patient and have tried to come upon a resolution, but nothing is working. Contacting The BBB was my only next form of action. Myself and other home owners just want our homes repaired I have read other reviews and we all want the same, to be able to live in our homes happy and know that Fleetwood will do their part in upholding the warranties to keep customers and homeowners happy by any means necessary. I thought that Fleetwood takes pride in 100% customer satisfaction and that customer satisfaction is a first priority.Business response

We have made contact with the home owner and have started the repairs on her home as of 6-16-2024. The contractor was out at her home. I am waiting on photos from contractor on items remaining.

On January 3, 2022 I sent a list of problems with the mobile home. Some of the things have been done the last on May 12, 2022. At that time I signed a paper the person handed me and then I said I should not have signed it. He told me it was ok and I listed what still remained to be done on said paper. The main one is the front door is not completely sealed as is the storm door. Two different persons told me the doors need to be replaced.
