              On 10-11-23. I took my **** truck to be inspected for safety and performance: vibration on tires and gas pedal, engine light comes on, collision light comes on, alarm goes off, Bird Kultgen recommended new tires and an alignment. So I had 4 new tires and an alignment done at this time I took the truck out on 10-12-23 still with the vibration on steering wheel and pedal. all the electrical issues were still not repaired. Took the truck back in on 11-29-23 with a list of things to be looked at: as you can see the copies of the diagnostic there is several things wrong with the truck. One thing wrong is the alignment was not done correctly and if the truck had been inspected correctly on 10-12-23 they would had notices that the Damper was damaged and would have part warranty at that time. but at the same time if the inspection was done the mechanic should have noticed that the **** Drag ***** **** Right Outer Tie Rod and the Damper needed to be replaced. The alignment was needed to be redone as well I had to take the truck to a different shop in order to get a good inspection on it. I have told the **** Bird Kultgen about these issues since 11-04-21 when the truck only had ***** miles on it. Now they claim that its out of factory warranty. and my Extended warranty does not cover these issues.I am asking for a full refund on the truck or for **** to pay off the *********** will pay to get it fixed the right way.This truck has been in the shop: 11-04-21 07-28-22 10-25-22 11-29-22 12-09-22 12-22-22 04-29-23 04-03-23 10-11-23 11-29-22

              I took my F250 truck in on 10-11-23 for a complete inspection for safety and performance.I have had issues with this truck since i purchased it back in 10-9-2021 1st issue was the Death wabble, then the electrical : alarm goes off, engine light , collision light, wipers, head lights, sun roof, alignment, The inspection was done. New alignment and new tires were done. I was hoping that with new alignment and tires the vibration on steering wheel and vibration on the gas pedal would go away. I took the truck back on 11-29-23 the alignment was still off. there excuse was that the there was something wrong with the machines back in 10-11-23. So a new alignment was done on 12-06-23. The vibration was still there due to the damper being weak. but the part was out of warranty as of 11-4-23. But yet the truck was there 10-9-23 for a safety inspection and they did not noticed then that it was weak. But now since its out or warranty its noticeable. I also mention all the electrical issues with it. The alarms did go off while the truck was there. I had a meeting with the service manager (*****************) He was going to have the sales team call me in regards to trading inn the truck to something that I would feel safe in. I have had no calls, or anyone contact me till this time.
