    On October 7 I purchased a vehicle from University Kia Mazda. I was trading in my current vehicle. I selected a vehicle and test drove it. We negotiated a price around ******. The exact amount I can not recall, $****** to ****** range. I decided I didn't want that car due to the interior color. They found a different car with the interior color I liked, but it was a higher cost model. I was told they went down on the price to match the prior model. The sales person told me the person I was negotiating with (******) took an additional 2k off the the vehicle to make the sale work. I was told it was ****% interest rate and my payment would be $750. I mentioned I had debts i needed to pay off. ****** said he could get me $10,000 added to the loan at ****% interest so that I could work out my finances and roll it into the note and that would help me with purchasing the car. I originally said no, but then it sounded like a good deal. I asked him to confirm that this was an option, and he came back saying yes. It would raise my payment to $1020, but I could consolidate or pay off things. I didn't realize then 1020-750=$270 * 72 = $19,440. He failed to mention the $10k with the additional payment was really $19,440 I'd have to pay back. I found that out later.In the finance office, they went on to sell me an extended warranty, tire warranty, gap insurance, and also a life insurance policy that ****************** in. I was told it would only add $40 to the note. That should total $2880. They quickly had me sign the documents and then gave me a zip drive saying my copies were on it. I expected my loan total to be around 60k including the 10k loan. A month later I saw a $68,700 loan on my credit report and couldn't understand how. All the additional items they sold me totaled $8600, so I'm not sure how that was only $40 more a month. They also raised the vehicle price to $47,800 and not what we had negotiated. * I went and had them print out the documents for me.

    Gave them a call after losing the only key I had to my car. I was told they would order a key fob and give me a call when it came in. I waited 2 weeks never received a call back. So I gave them a call and asked about the key fob they said it was in last week and to schedule an appointment for them to program it to my car. I made an appointment for right when they opened for there at 7:30 like I was supposed to. Then was told I need my registration, ID, and insurance which would be no problem if they informed me of this before I got there. So I went online bought my registration, by the time I did so I was told oh well you dont need the registration since its tied into your insurance. AFTER I JUST PURCHASED IT ONLINE. Then they inform us that the car requires 2 keys to be programmed to it so we still need to order another key. So after waiting 3 weeks I still have to wait another day to get my car programmed. When unloading the car they werent paying attention and dented my car by the passenger door. Then sat there trying to figure out how to shift it into neutral because none of them had a clue on how to do so. I had to show them how to do so to here it in the shop. They are supposed to fix my car and Im telling them how to shift a simple gear on it. Very low quality service.
