I received a letter dated July 1, 2024 informing me on a subscription increase...I called the number listed to cancel on July 3, 2024 Was told they could offer me a better deal...I asked to cancel...she offered me a better deal....I asked to cancel...She had even a better deal...I asked to cancel she finally told me it would be cancelled. On July 8 I was billed (auto pay) for my subscription. l call just now and waited30 minutes before hanging up .Initial Complaint

We received notification from our credit card on November 6 that we were being charged over $500 for renewal of a subscription. We neither requested nor approved this renewal. We called November 7 to request this charge be corrected. We have called the call center in *************** to which our call was directed three times and have been told different stories about when we could receive a correction to this mischarge. As of November 20, we have not received any correction through the credit card.
