I placed an order for a custom table in August '22, on Dec 2nd '22, I was notified that it would ship out in 1-3 weeks. According to the site the order has "shipped" but it doesn't tell me when, with what shipping company or give me a tracking number. On Feb 27th, I was notified that it was "picked up" with a delivery transit time of **** days. I have repeatedly contacted the company on email, ******** and Instagram trying to find out the location of my table - or even who the shipping company is. This is more and more beginning to look like fraud. I simply would like the table that I designed and paid for many months ago.Initial Complaint

I placed an order and paid in full for a table on 11/28/2022 with the understanding that it would take a few months for delivery. The only communication I have had about this table is that the company is closing, but the table was listed as in the "finishing" stage via email on 1/11/2023. As of this writing on 2/27/2023, I have not received the table or any communication, despite numerous calls and emails.Business response

If you are inquiring about your order status, please know we are working hard to ship out all of our remaining online orders.
With the closing of Harp Design Co. our staff has been limited, along with the influx of orders our processing time has been extended. Thank you for being patient with us while we work through the last of our orders while we close down our shop.
Please note that once your item has shipped you will receive and email with shipping information. Thank you for your understanding at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Furniture customers, all of our remaining furniture orders will be shipped out by the end of February. You will be receiving an email confirming pick up within the next few weeks. Please be on the look out for that so that you can arrange delivery.

I ordered a custom table with a 3 month delivery. I was told I would be contacted before production to finalize the details. After months of waiting I never received any communication. The company publicly posted it would be going out of business. I continued to wait after making multiple attempts to communicate and only received one response. Your table would be delivered next week. Next week has come and gone 3 weeks ago. No communication after that. No response to emailsInitial Complaint

On November 26, 2022, I ordered online a modern side table, square sapele, for $120.00. I received a confirmation and order number ***** and payment was made from my debit account. After many unanswered phone calls and emails, I have never received the table. The only time I did hear from them was when I tried to reach them via ******** messaging and they said they were awaiting packaging to ship it in. I realize the holidays are a busy time, but no communication and payment made with no product is troublesome.
