      July 11 2022 I was asked to fill out survey for ********** At the end stated they were giving me a choice of items for my time.I was to pay $6.99 for postage.On my card **** I was charged $54.98 Called them no response. I want my money refunded *****************************

      Greetings,

      We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer's frustrations and so have refunded the $54.98 subscription charge on 08/15/2022. The refund will be provided to the Mastercard on file ending in **** within two to five business days.

      Furthermore, we looked into the matter internally and do not have any knowledge of adverts promoting a **** Club survey. We confirm that the customer's account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Below are the terms and conditions the customer agreed to upon purchasing the Brilliant Life Smartwatch.

      "In addition to the $7.95 S&H I am paying now, I understand and agree the following: By clicking the Order Now button, I will immediately be charged only $7.95 S&H to ship my FREE Brilliant Life Smartwatch, which is a welcoming gift for joining the *********************** store. I will also be charged $54.98 for my 1st month membership within the next 48 hours, but with the FREE Brilliant Life Smartwatch and the $125 Gift Card to the best consumer gadgets club on the web, it is really costing me nothing to become a member! That by being a member of the *********************** store, I will receive the $125 Gift Card EVERY MONTH and will have access to direct-from-factory savings on hundreds of products! That my credit will be billed $54.98 monthly for my membership. I also understand that I am free to cancel my membership at any time by simply contacting **************** at ************** and I will not be charged further. "

      On June 21, 2022, I received an email saying I could purchase a blender for $5.96 but they would my credit card to make the payment. The amount was taken from my card plus an additional amount of $63.71 which I did not approve. As of July 18, 2022 I have not received my purchase.

      We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer's frustrations and so have refunded the $63.71 membership charge to the MasterCard ending in **** on 2022-07-19. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account.


      Furthermore, we confirm that the customer's account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Also, please be aware that the customer was required to read and agree to the below terms and conditions before signing up to the monthly membership.
