Transaction Date: 09/21/2021 Amount Paid: ****** Business committed providing 2 surf sessions, I had to cancel due to covid and they said they would credit me with sessions for a future date I am disputing the charge since they shut down after this occurred so I couldnt redeem a credit. The company that bought them and operates the same park is ********* and they will not honor the credit or provide a refund so I would like to dispute the original charge and receive a refund.The business has not been open to resolving. I requested a refund on Jan 19, 2023 and they would not offer a refund nor credits at the new facility.I have no account or tracking number but they can verify the purchase with date and name
