Do not and I mean do NOT rent with these people no matter your circumstances. I moved in to an apartment at the end of Oct 23. The home didnt even have a sink in it and had to call to have one installed. The stove had all of the copper stolen out of it. Upon moving in, there were razor blades in the restroom, and the house reeked of cigarettes. I got the home cleaned up and the smell out. When I moved in, I also noticed the shower didnt stay hot for more than 7 mins, and the faucet diverter was messed up. I put in a work order for that, and its still messed up over half a year later. In early March, my neighbor came up stairs and told me her roof was caving in because of my shower. We call the office and they send someone out. They couldnt find the source of the leak, so they just said it was resolved with no further action. A week later, my toilet wouldnt work, I put in 8 work orders over the phone, and 6 emails in the span of it being messed up. I also reached out to the apartment manager, who told me for two weeks she was coming over and never showed. We werent able to use our toilet or our shower for 2 months. The apartment smelled terrible from the sewage. I called all of those times, and there were times I was hung up on, and other times they acted like they knew nothing about it. I ended up having to pay to have my toilet fixed and they said thats something you wanted done, we have no responsibility towards what you spend your money on. They have zero compassion for people and especially not their tenants. They are truly a disgusting type of people with zero morality. They just want people to move in and move out quickly for deposit money. Please, beware, and keep yourself safe.

I rented a mobile home from them located in ****** *****. From the time I moved in and late March to leaving in early August, I had put in multiple requests. The house became unlivable to ceiling caving in black mold everywhere. Electrical problems water damage to the inside of the walls. Just a complete and total dump. Each time I would call for a status update on a maintenance request that was given the runaround about it and so finally my family and I left the residence.

If I could give less stars I definitely would. We had mold throughout our entire house that was painted over before we moved in. Shortly after moving in, we were showing symptoms of mold toxicity. We werent sure what it was. And then we started finding mold coming from between cracks and coming through the paint. We had to move out in a hurry, as the symptoms only got worse and we finally went to the dr. ** 1 year old and I were both treated for mold. We let them know that there is mold all throughout the house and told them we need our deposit back. We literally had to get a loan just to get into this house.. but everytime we ask, owner is out of town. Anytime wed call about other stuff, owner was out of town. So were in an even deeper hole than before because we had to get out of there ASAP. But the mold wasnt our fault. The mold was obviously painted over before we moved in AND It was COVERING the ** unit. It was all over the laundry room and still is. But theyve thrown stuff out and have already started painting over everything HOW IS THAT OKAY? Health **** says there is no city ordinance against mold. Now my entire family is having to recover from the mold and the financial burden. I feel like I deserve the money back for the few months we were there but we know that wont happen. This business is very unprofessional and they wouldnt even think about putting their families in these houses.. but they continue to slap the paint on like a bandaid. Then they raise the rent.
