11/25/22 order 79 (Void) server **** 6:45PM (approx)I order here regularly and usually very happy.Today, I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 pizza (thin crust "extravaganza") was ordered with extra sauce. Upon inspection of the pizza, I told the front counter employee know that the pizza had "dry spots" and wasn't "extra sauce".He asked "manager on duty". He then informed me that it would be 30 minutes or more to remake the pizza? I asked him, "How is that possible, it only takes 7-8 minutes for a pizza in the oven?"He talked to the "manager on duty" then she came. First, she said I would have to be in line with the other orders and wait until my turn to have it remade and that's why it would take 30+ minutes. I asked how it was possible because it takes 8 minutes in the oven? She said because this pizza had a lot of toppings she had to "weigh it out" and that is why it would take so long and I would have to wait. We went back and forth on this topic for a while.I pleaded, "Please can you just go make it? The time we have been talking the pizza could have been remade and in the oven already. Then, I let her know that it was ok if there were not as many toppings (double toppings ordered) as long as there is double sauce." She then stated that it would be **** minutes if it was a 1 topping normal pizza but it would take 30+ minutes to remake it. I continued to ask her to remake it and say "Please just go make it." I was obviously frustrated, but I did not yell and said please.Eventually, another make employee came from the "pizza line" and threatened me and told me to stop yelling at her. Please review the cameras. I was not yelling, but was upset that she wouldn't make the pizza. The other employee continued to threaten me and say he was going to call the police.I was refused the owner and district manager contact info. Threatening me and refusing to correct the pizza are not what I believe this owner/district manager desire- at least I hope not.
