Paid 1/1/22 for annual security coverage. Had hard line phone problems and called three times to get them to come out and repair, as I had no security without phone line working. Never could get Woody Stroud to schedule a time to come out. Changed security to ADT and informed Woody to cancel on 2/24/22, and followed up with email. Sent 2nd email on 3/18/22. Send complaint on 3/21/22 via the Stroud website. Have yet to receive a response or a refund.Customer response
